Section 25
Trial And Settlement Of Cases
(1) The Constituent Assembly Court shall try and settle cases related with any offence punishable under Section 21 in relation to the election to the Constituent Assembly and with the election to be voided pursuant to Chapter-5.
(2) The Court designated under this Act, other than the Constituent Assembly Court, shall try and settle cases related with any offence punishable
under Section 21 in relation to any election, other than the election to the Constituent Assembly and with the election to be voided pursuant to Chapter-5.
(3) An appeal may be made to the court designated by the Government of Nepal by a notification in the Nepal Gazette against the decision made by the
court as referred to in Sub-section (2); and the decision made by the court so designated shall be final.
(2) The Court designated under this Act, other than the Constituent Assembly Court, shall try and settle cases related with any offence punishable
under Section 21 in relation to any election, other than the election to the Constituent Assembly and with the election to be voided pursuant to Chapter-5.
